Eagle Scout John Rowley Receives Fulbright Scholarship
Dr. John Rowley, Eagle Scout from Troop 1941, Columbia Falls, was recently awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for the 2025-2026 academic year. Dr. Rowley earned his Eagle in 2001 and went on to earn his PHD at Johns Hopkins University.
