The Nu-Ooh-Ska District is Blackfoot for “Three Counties.” The three counties within the Nu-Ooh-Ska District include Toole County, Glacier County and Pondera County. The county seat of Toole County is Shelby, and is the right along Interstate 15, and is the center of the District’s monthly committee meeting, commissioner meeting, and roundtables. The Nu-Ooh-Ska District includes the Blackfeet Indian Reservation and runs right up to the beautiful Rocky Mountains including Glacier National Park.
