Especially due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many families may be thinking they can’t afford to send their kids to a BSA camp this summer. Every year, generous benefactors donate to our “campership” fund for the sole reason that they want kids to experience adventures at our day and long-term camps.
Some donors benefitted from a campership when they were young and are now showing their gratitude – literally paying it forward – by helping other youths receive the same, awesome summer camp experience they had the benefit of having.
Please share this information with your unit so that all Cubs, Scouts BSA and Venturers who want to go to camp this summer are able to do so.
