Another amazing year of great submissions for the Scouting America, Montana Council photo contest!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who shared their photos with us. Your creativity and dedication to Scouting are truly appreciated.

We loved seeing the joyful camp moments, kayaking at sunset, epic hikes, snowshoe adventures, rainbows, and especially service projects that truly reflect the essence of Scouting.

Congratulations once more to the winners and to everyone who participated. Remember, it’s never too soon to start capturing those moments for next year’s contest!

ADULT SUBMISSIONS

First Place: Eric Henderson – The misty Bitterroot River and a crescent moon surround a Scoutmaster’s tipi at Troop 1911’s “Trail to First Class” campout. Held annually in April, the campout gives new Scouts and recent crossovers the chance to learn fundamental scouting skills such as cooking, pioneering, and fire building.
Second Place: Rebecca Langlois – Webelos Snowshoe Walkabout
Third Place: Matt Baker – First day at Camp Melita Island
Honorable Mention: Eric Henderson –  Large boat sailing at Camp Melita Island
Honorable Mention: Keith Nathan – Cub Scout snow tubing event at Yellowstone Alliance Adventures in Bozeman on February 11th.
